Research Interests:

My first rotation is in Dr. Melissa Pepling's lab. Anti-apoptotic protein BCL-2 is detected in the mouse ovary at the beginning of cyst breakdown and at the end of cyst breakdown. Further experiments will be done to elucidate the bcl-2 expression and its role within mouse germ cell cysts.

My second rotation is in Dr. Scott E. Erdman's lab. I am working on candidate genes screened by yeast TTG Gemomics. In addition, I am studying the yeast sporulation path way MAPKs.

Publications:

Phenotypic Complementation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae arg11 Mutant by arg-13 cDNA of Neurospora crassa, ACTA SCIENTIARUM NATURALIUM UNIVERSITATIS SUNYATSENI. 40, 55-58 (2001)
