Research Interests:

My primary interest is in grassland ecology, conservation biology, and rangeland management. Our lab examines plant-herbivore relationships and the effect of this relationship on belowground and aboveground production, and biodiversity. I am currently researching in the relationship between vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizae and grassland plants. Through field and lab experiments, I am examining the influence of mycorrhizal symbiosis on plant response to herbivory.
